Dear East Bend Residents,
Please see below for several important community updates, including new cost estimates for trash enclosures, an update on our landscaping team, and an invitation to get involved with our community board.
Trash Can Enclosure Proposal
We are pleased to share new cost estimates for the trash enclosures. These structures are designed to keep our neighborhood looking tidy and uniform.

Individual Project Estimate:
- Almond Trash Enclosure: $864 - Includes three 8-foot panels of 6-foot fence and an access entry point. The enclosure is also available in white for $768.
- Group Savings Opportunity: We can reduce the overall cost per unit if we coordinate and complete a minimum of five enclosures at the same time. If you are interested in this project, please let us know so we can group residents together for these savings!
New Landscaping Team
We are excited to announce that our new landscaping team, Yellowstone Landscape, will officially begin their contract on April 1st. We look forward to a fresh look this spring. Crews will be out conducting a spring cleanup throughout April.
