East Bend Community Notice
Hello,
We are writing to share a few helpful reminders.
Keeping Our Community Safe and Clean
We love seeing our furry neighbors enjoying the community! To ensure a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for everyone, we kindly remind all pet owners to follow our local and community guidelines. Please note that all dogs must be physically leashed at all times when in common areas; no dogs are permitted to be unleashed under any circumstances.
- Leash Safety: According to Aurora municipal laws, dogs must be on a leash no longer than 10 feet when outside of your property. The leash must be held by someone who can safely control the animal. This ensures the safety of both your beloved pet and your neighbors.
- Pet Waste: Aurora city ordinances require pet owners to immediately pick up and dispose of pet waste in trash bins. Leaving bags behind in common areas is considered littering. Thank you for doing your part to keep the common areas clean.
Landscaping Refresh
We want to say a big thank you to everyone who shared feedback regarding our neighborhood landscaping. We hear you completely, and we are currently working directly with our landscaping contractor to enhance the ongoing care of our community's outdoor spaces.
Sincerely,
East Bend Metropolitan District Board of Directors
