We are reaching out to the community to let everyone know about the recent fire lane signs installation.

Please review this critical notice regarding community safety and parking regulations. This is effective immediately; parking is strictly prohibited in all community alleys. These alleys are designated Fire Lanes. They must always remain completely clear to ensure emergency vehicles can access homes during an emergency. Please only park in garages, driveways, or on streets such as S Andes Way & S Andes Circle.

Why This Matters

Blocked alleys delay fire trucks and ambulances. Every second counts during a crisis. Keeping these lanes clear protects your property and the lives of your neighbors. Please ensure all members of your household and your visitors are aware of this policy.  

Key Rules & Enforcement

·         No Parking: Alleys are designated fire lanes.

·         No Exceptions: This applies to all residents, guests, and delivery vehicles.

·         Immediate Towing: Violators will be towed immediately.

·         Resident Expense: All towing fees and recovery costs belong to the vehicle owner.
