Subject: Important Update: Alley Parking & Fire Lane Regulations

 Dear Residents,

To ensure the safety of the community and maintain clear access for emergency vehicles, we would like to share a reminder regarding fire lanes and community alleys.

The Issue
Currently, vehicles are frequently parking in the alleys, which creates a significant safety hazard by obstructing access for fire trucks and ambulances. Additionally, these vehicles are often blocking driveway access and making it difficult for residents to access their own driveway parking safely. While these areas are currently marked with "No Parking" signs, we are transitioning signage to accurately indicate Fire Lanes & to allow for proper enforcement.

**Please note that all alleys are fire lanes and it is illegal to park in a fire lane.

Where to Park

Street parking is available and allowed on S Andes Way and S Andes Circle. We ask that all residents and guests utilize these designated street areas to avoid enforcement action.

New Fire Lane Signage
Within the coming weeks, we will be replacing the existing "No Parking" signs with official Fire Lane signs. These will be placed at each entrance and in the middle of the alleys to ensure full visibility and legal coverage for the entire community. This will allow vehicles that are illegally parked to be towed.

Our goal is to keep our neighbors safe, and our emergency access points clear. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our alleys free of parked vehicles.

Thank you,
